By using slabbiez.com or placing an order, you agree to what's below. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Every order is a pre-order

This is the most important term here. Slabbiez editions are manufactured after the edition closes, so you're paying for something that doesn't exist yet. Every product page states a ship-by date before you buy, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships.

The Refunds and Cancellations policy sets out exactly what happens if we're late, and it forms part of these terms.

Pricing and availability

The full price, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards, though customs and import duties may be charged by your own country — the Shipping policy covers that.

Editions are limited and can sell out. If an obvious pricing error appears on the site, we'll cancel the affected orders and refund in full rather than charge the wrong amount or hold you to it.

What you're buying

A Slabbiez character is a display accessory that clips onto the outside of a graded card case. It's designed to fit standard slab dimensions, which are stated on each product page — check them against your cases before ordering.

We're an independent brand. Slabbiez is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to PSA, Beckett, CGC, TAG, any other grading company, or any trading card publisher. Product photography shows graded cards to demonstrate fit, and no association is implied.

You're responsible for fitting the clip carefully. We can't be responsible for damage caused by forcing a clip onto a case it doesn't fit, or by modifying the product.

Our characters and artwork

The Slabbiez name, the Slab Guardians and Slab Buddies lines, the characters, their names, their artwork and their written lore are ours. You're welcome to photograph and post about products you own. You can't reproduce the artwork or characters commercially, or use them to make or sell your own products.

Using the site

Don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site, and don't scrape it in a way that degrades it for anyone else. We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe it's fraudulent.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that can't legally be waived — including your statutory consumer rights, which sit on top of this policy rather than being replaced by it.

Governing law

Slabbiez is a California business, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. This doesn't take away consumer-protection rights you have where you live — if your local law gives you something stronger, you keep it.
